The AFF Course is a personal instruction course using
advanced methods, which will bring you in a short period of time to a
high level of freefall. The personal instruction during the course is
carried out by two professional instructors who have been specially
trained to instruct in this kind of courses and with an experience of
no less than 1,000 free fall jumps. The course consists of 8 phases and
each trainee advances at his own pace. Throughout the course the
trainee executes 8 jumps. Those jumps are made from an altitude of
12,000 feet and include 60 seconds of freefall, during which the
trainee is closely guided and accompanied by both instructors. He
learns to control his body in the air and lands smoothly and safely. In
the course the trainee accumulates a freefall time of 10 minutes, which
is equal to an experienced trainee with 30 jumps. Furthermore, you will
study the parachute structure and reactions, steering the parachute
until smooth landing and folding of the parachute. At the end of the
course the trainee is awarded an "A" license of jumping classification.
